Best Deal Packaging Software UK (2026)

An honest comparison of UK deal packaging software in 2026: Dealist, PropertyEngine, PropertyData, Property Deals Insight, Property Store CRM and Property Packs .io, with prices and standout strengths.

Deal packaging software takes a property, your numbers, and your branding, and turns them into the investor-ready pack you send out. The UK market has half a dozen serious options in 2026, each with a different centre of gravity: some are data platforms that added packs, some are CRMs that added packs, and some were built around the pack itself.

How we compared them

Five criteria, applied to every tool including ours:

  • Pack quality and branding: can it produce a white-label PDF an investor takes seriously?
  • Analysis depth: which strategies it can stack, and whether the tax and financing maths is right
  • Data: comparables, market data, area intelligence
  • Distribution and tracking: getting packs to investors and knowing who engaged
  • Price for a working solo sourcer

PropertyEngine

PropertyEngine's real strength is the front of the funnel: finding deals. Its sourcing feeds and filters surface below-market opportunities you would otherwise dig for manually, and for many sourcers that discovery engine alone justifies the subscription. Pricing runs from £24.99 to £199.99 per month depending on tier, but note that deal pack generation sits on the Pro plan at £89.99 per month, so if packs are the reason you are buying, that is the real price. If your bottleneck is finding stock rather than presenting it, PropertyEngine deserves a serious look.

PropertyData

PropertyData is the data authority in this list, and it is not close. Local price and rent analytics, yield heatmaps, sold price data and growth trends, at an accessible £14 to £60 per month. It offers branded PDF exports of its reports, which some sourcers use as pack substitutes or appendices. What it is not is a deal packaging workflow: there is no strategy-by-strategy deal stacking, fee handling or investor distribution built around the documents. Many sourcers run PropertyData alongside a packaging tool, using it to evidence the comparables section of the pack.

Property Deals Insight

Property Deals Insight combines property data with analysis and offers white-label deal packs at £299 per year, one of the cheapest fixed costs in the market for branded packs. If your volume is low and you mainly need a presentable branded document, the annual pricing is attractive. The trade-off in our testing of the category is workflow depth: distribution, engagement tracking and multi-strategy stacking are thinner than in the dedicated tools.

Property Store CRM

Property Store is a CRM built for sourcers from £24 to £34 per month depending on tier: pipeline, investor lists and deal flow in one place, with deal presentation inside that workflow. If your pain is managing dozens of investor relationships and keeping deals moving through stages, a sourcer-specific CRM is the right shape of tool, and packs become a feature of the pipeline rather than the centrepiece.

Property Packs .io

Property Packs .io does what the name says: it builds deal packs, from £23.80 per month. It is a focused, affordable option for getting a professional-looking pack out of the door without adopting a bigger platform. The scope is narrower by design: it now includes its own calculators and AI valuation reports, but distribution and engagement tracking are not the product's focus.

Dealist

Dealist is built around one loop: analyse the deal, generate the pack, share it, and see what happened. The analyser stacks all five strategies (Flip, BTL, BRR, HMO, serviced accommodation) with jurisdiction-correct stamp duty across England and Northern Ireland (SDLT), Scotland (LBTT) and Wales (LTT), including additional-dwelling surcharges. Packs are white-label PDFs with your logo, colours and contact details; Deal Cards turn the same deal into branded social images in four formats; and every pack, link and card reports views, clicks and pack requests, so you follow up on signal instead of silence.

Pricing is Free (3 watermarked packs a month), Solo at £39 per month, and Team at £99 per month, with annual discounts. Full details are on the pricing page. Where we would send you elsewhere: if deal discovery is your bottleneck, look at PropertyEngine; if you want the deepest market data in the UK, PropertyData has us beat and pairs well with any tool here.

Which should you choose?

  • You need to find more deals: PropertyEngine
  • You need the deepest market data: PropertyData
  • You need cheap branded packs at low volume: Property Deals Insight or Property Packs .io
  • You need a sourcer CRM first: Property Store
  • You need investor-ready packs with tracking and correct UK-wide tax: Dealist

Whichever tool you pick, the pack itself has to carry the deal. Our template for what goes in a property deal pack is tool-agnostic, and how to present a deal to investors covers the conversation around it.

Frequently asked questions

What is deal packaging software?

Software that turns a property deal into an investor-ready presentation: the financial analysis, comparables, photos and terms, formatted as a branded PDF or share page. The stronger tools also handle strategy analysis, stamp duty, distribution to investors and engagement tracking.

What does deal packaging software cost in the UK?

As researched in July 2026: entry points range from free (Dealist) and £14 per month (PropertyData) to £23.80 (Property Packs .io), £24.99 (PropertyEngine, though packs need Pro at £89.99), £24 (Property Store CRM), £39 (Dealist Solo) and £299 per year for white-label packs on Property Deals Insight.

Is this comparison independent?

No, and we say so in the article: this is the Dealist blog. We have kept it fair by using fixed criteria, quoting competitor prices from their public pricing pages as of July 2026, and naming where rivals beat us, such as PropertyData on data depth and PropertyEngine on deal discovery.

Can I just build deal packs in Canva or Word instead?

Yes, and many sourcers start that way. The trade-off is time and error risk: every stamp duty figure, yield and ROI is calculated and typed by hand, and each pack takes an hour or more. Software pays for itself when you send packs regularly or when a tax miscalculation would be costly.
