About Dealist
Dealist is deal packaging software for UK property sourcers. It starts once you have found a deal: it runs the numbers, builds the investor pack and shows you how investors engage with it.
What it does
- Deal analysis across five strategies: Flip, Buy-to-Let, BRR, HMO and serviced accommodation
- Stamp duty by nation: SDLT for England and Northern Ireland, LBTT for Scotland, LTT for Wales
- Additional-dwelling surcharges and company purchase rules built into the stamp duty figure
- White-label PDF deal packs with your own logo, colours and contact details on paid plans
- Deal Cards for social media in four formats, each linked to a public deal page, carrying your own branding on paid plans
- Email deal packs to investors from the app on paid plans
- Share links with optional passwords and expiry dates
- Engagement tracking: views, clicks, pack link clicks and leads on Deal Cards, and opens on share links
- AI area reports for any UK postcode, written from the data fetched for it, including police.uk street-level crime
The features page goes through each of these, and how it works follows one deal from a postcode to a sent pack.
What it does not do
Dealist does not find deals or scrape property portals for you.
It is also not a compliance service. Deal packs include a legal disclaimer section by default, but UK sourcers remain responsible for their own registrations and insurance. The UK deal sourcing compliance checklist covers what those are.
Who runs it
Dealist is a UK business, and the product is built for the United Kingdom only. The company behind it is named in the terms of service.
To get in touch, email support@dealist.co.uk or see the contact page.
Where the numbers come from
Stamp duty is calculated from the rates published by HMRC, Revenue Scotland and the Welsh Revenue Authority. Each free calculator lists the official pages it uses and the date they were last reviewed, most recently . Other inputs, such as rent, mortgage rate and costs, are assumptions you set, and every figure is an estimate for guidance, not financial or tax advice.
The guides on the Dealist blog are written by the Dealist team. Each shows the date it was published and, once it has changed, the date it was last updated.
What it costs
The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card: 3 watermarked deal packs a month. Solo is £39 a month and Team is £99 a month. Every paid plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
